10 Large fresh tomatoes chopped
6 Jalapenos chopped
3 Habenaro's (for flavor) finely chopped
1 Large white onion finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil or vetable oil
lots of black pepper
salt to taste

Combine all ingredients and let sit over night
